UGO ALCIATI, OUR CHEF AT CASTILLE PARIS
Ugo Alciati was destined to become a chef, born and bred in one of the families that wrote Italian haute culinary history. At age 9, he “played” with his mother Lidia and grandmother in the kitchen at “Guido”.
His cuisine has a deep connection with local ingredients, but his way of cooking is by no means classically “traditional”.
From May, Ugo Alciati will be the head of the restaurant at the Castille Paris - Starhotels Collezione.
